As Worley’s Chief AI & Enterprise Services Officer effective 1 November 2025, Laura leads the company’s AI strategy and digital transformation. Her portfolio spans Digital, Transformation, Sustainability, Corporate Affairs and Risk reflecting Worley’s commitment to technology-enabled growth and supporting Worley’s operations, including with responsible business practices.
Laura is recognized for driving innovation and operational excellence, enabling Worley to deliver data-centric solutions for customers. Prior to her current role, she served as Executive Group Director, Worley Digital, and Group President, Technology Solutions. With more than 20 years’ experience in energy and chemicals technology, Laura has a proven ability to translate innovative ideas into executable engineering solutions. She began her career in research and development and progressed through various business leadership roles.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and is an author on 38 US patents.
