Our integrated delivery model creates a consistent customer experience, from simple consultancy services through to full EPC project delivery. We also prioritize new and more environmentally sustainable technologies in our approach to projects.
We use our suite of tools, technologies and project management systems to find opportunities and manage the uncertainties of major project delivery. Our data-centric approach ensures even the most complex projects remain on schedule and within budget.
EPC Center of Excellence in Norway
We design and build assets for offshore industries from our Worley Rosenberg site on the west coast of Norway. As our EPC Center of Excellence, projects follow an integrated framework that unifies engineering and construction. This enables our project management execution to push the boundaries of innovative digitization and continually enhance our project execution models.
Our services range from concept development and asset construction to installation and operations support. This includes maintenance and modification, hook-up and commissioning, field development and subsea solutions.
If we continue to approach projects the way we always have, it won’t be possible to complete energy transition megaprojects on schedule or budget.
