At Worley Rosenberg in Stavanger, people power our fully integrated offshore project hub. From fabrication to electrification and floating wind, our teams work in world class facilities with heavy-lift capacity, deep-water access and advanced training on site. We foster a safe, inclusive culture where skilled professionals contribute to some of Norway’s most important energy projects – including hydrogen and CCUS – while building lasting careers in a forward looking environment. We’ve issued over 2,000 certificates of apprenticeship at our Stavanger location since 1980.

As part of Worley Canada Construction, you’re more than a tradesperson, you’re part of a team that values safety, mentorship and meaningful careers. With a reputation built over decades, we offer steady, long-term work on impactful projects across Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan. From oil sands to renewables and critical minerals, our people help build Canada’s future. We invest in training and support certification, and create inclusive worksites where craft professionals can grow, lead and thrive.

We are NCCER certified, offering nationally recognized training and credentials across construction trades. With long term projects and repeat customers nationwide, our teams contribute to the US energy transition – working on hydrogen, renewables, CCUS and more. We foster a culture of safety, respect and collaboration, with clear pathways for growth into lead and supervisor roles. Whether just starting out or building on experience, craft professionals thrive here in our supportive, inclusive environment.

A Trade and Craft career at Worley has opened so many doors for me. I’ve worked as a pipe helper, expeditor, in the warehouse, and now as a safety technician. Along the way, I’ve gained confidence, earned my NCCER safety accreditation, and felt supported every step of the way by leaders who genuinely care about helping us grow.
