Mark Brantley
Group President, Global Operations
As Group President of Global Operations since 1 July 2025, Mark is responsible for Worley’s operations serving customers throughout the world. His portfolio includes Worley Consulting and Technology Solutions.
Mark previously led Worley’s EMEA and APAC regions and, before that, served as President of Worley in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The first half of his career was focused on Field Services, where he held multiple leadership positions. Mark takes pride in investing in leadership and mentoring, earning the respect of employees and clients, and establishing clear expectations while holding himself and others accountable. He is extremely driven to achieve continued growth in himself, those around him, and in the business he manages. His continued advancement reflects inspirational leadership, business acumen, adaptability, intuition, effective communication, team inspiration and consistently delivering on business goals.
Mark previously served as the executive sponsor for Women of Worley and continues to advocate for equality, inclusion, and diversity.
