Worley recognized among the Best Companies for Women in India
Worley has been recognized in the 2026 Avtar & Seramount Best Companies for Women in India study, India’s largest workplace benchmarking study for gender inclusion.
The annual study looks at how organizations are advancing gender inclusion across the employee experience. The assessment considers areas including safety and security, recruitment and career progression, workplace culture, flexibility and benefits.
Raj Mankar, Senior Vice President, India, said, “We’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition. It is a collective effort across our teams in India, and I want to thank everyone who has contributed to creating a workplace where women can build and grow their careers. We also know this work is never finished. Benchmarks like this give us the opportunity to learn from our peers, share what is working and bring new ideas back into how we support our people.”
The recognition was presented at the Best of the Best Conference in Chennai on 3 November 2026, where Worley colleagues joined organizations from across India to share and listen to experiences and perspectives on building more inclusive workplaces.
Aanchal Singh, Senior People Director, India, joined a discussion on AI and the future of work, exploring the role culture builders play in sustaining trust, belonging and organizational knowledge through transformation.
