India
What we’re doing to deliver sustainable change
We’re closely connected to our Global Centers of Excellence and project delivery hubs – giving you the opportunity to work on transformative projects across energy, chemicals and resources. You could work on everything from offshore platforms, gas processing and LNG to refinery upgrades, petrochemicals and specialty chemicals, delivering across the full asset lifecycle. Or work on projects in mineral processing, non-ferrous metals, future-facing minerals, green steel and iron ore pelletizing. Or be part of delivering solar, hybrid and conventional power systems to support energy access and reliability. We’re decarbonizing assets in refining, steel and cement, developing green hydrogen, ammonia and biofuels, helping shape a more sustainable future. Ready to join us?

Early careers
We invest in the next generation. Our early careers programs provide structured development, hands-on learning and the chance to work on real projects with real impact. The program includes four components – Business Understanding, Networking and Engagement, Personal Development and Job Competency – with 33 elements in total that help graduates grow their skills and confidence.
In India, we regularly assess business needs to determine priority disciplines for internships and graduate roles. Based on these insights, we engage directly with select universities and colleges through hiring events that run throughout the year.
We’ve also formalized partnerships with two key academic institutions – Nirma University and Datta Meghe Institute – to support long-term talent development. And our local Graduate Connect Committee (GCC) helps graduates feel supported and engaged as they build their careers.
